Okay... So I Did It





I took two of the Lipo 6 today. I did the regular morning one, and I did the afternoon 1. I am telling you.. I can make it through the Cardio Party 1 Turbo Jam DVD now. I have been getting my sweat on seriously. I'm going to do that all this week and then I'm going to really put it to the test. I'm going to start seeing if I can make it through the workouts that P90X has. I have YET to make it through 1 of those workouts. I have started, gone half way through , and gave out in the middle, or hell in the first 20 minutes. Well..I'll be pleased if I can make it half way through, if not 45 minutes.

But I just wanted to touch base with you to let you know the deal. I'm feeling great. Upping my meals.. up to 5 a day. Lots of water being taken in. Here's a couple of recipes for ya. Take advantage of your juicer , blender or both. You can fill up on natural frtuits and veggies, and help your metabolism in the process. Enjoy these.

Loving Lipo6 So Far

Okay...today.. I did the same thing I did yesterday. I followed the directions on the bottle of Lipo-6 . I waited a half hour. At a good breakfast. Then did my workouts. I didn't just do Turbo Jam Cardio party, which is about 45 minutes, I immediately afterwards did Turbo Jam Cardio Party 2 , I did about 25 minutes of a 42 minute video. That has never happened before. I didn't feel tired afterwards either. I felt invigorated.

I have decided that I'm only going to take this fat burner to build up my stamina through workouts. I will not be taking the second pill in the middle of the day if I'm not working out. I just find that too risky for my taste.But it has me doing my workouts without feeling beat afterwards. So I am kinda sold on this . But I'll let you all know about how I'm feeling later.

Later Today




Okay.. I promise, I am not the type of person to blame a product if I don't follow it to the letter regarding how to use. So having said that , I didn't take another one of the Lipo-6 fat burners this after noon. Don't get me wrong. I want to lose the weight. But I don't want to do anything to risky, and I find fat burners and anything that's suppose to help me lose weight, well I'm always a little leery .

Another problem, I need to eat more. I need to eat at least 5 small meals a day in order to kick my metabolism into high hear. I only had four small meals today. But in knowing that. I'm going to make an effort to add two snacks and I should be fine. But I am just not feeing hungry today. But anyway... I'm going to post some recipes for you guys. I hope you enjoy them.

Trying Something New

Hey Bloggers.

Okay....as you all know..I am soooo trying to lose weight and get into shape. You also know that I am newly out of work, and have vowed NOT to sit around the house and get FAT. So I have upped my workouts , and am putting more effort to make the condition I want my body in happen. Now as you know, I have been using "Slimquick Extreme" . Well, I can't blame it for NOT getting the results I want, cause the effort to eat right and exercise was up to me, a fat burner can only do so much. But I just felt like it wasn't really helping me. That was a few months ago. So now I'm trying
"Lipo 6" . Now, I have read some SCARY reviews about reactions about it's make up. But I have decided to try it anyway.

Now, this is my first day taking it. I'm suppose to take two, a half hour before breakfast , and then two later. But I am nervous about doing that since this is a new product. So...I took one exactly at 8:08 am. I waited a half hour. ate a small bowl of high fiber hot cereal and an 8 oz. protein shake. I waited a half hour and then begin my workout. Now I must admit, I could feel the burst of energy during my 48 minute Turbo Jam workout. I was hyped and ready, but not jittery and anxious. On the part of the video that wears me out, where I usually want to give up, I was actually energized , and made it through without that lull that makes me want to quit. I actually immediately after wards did another twenty minute video. I am still feeling very good, and quite proud of myself .

So I will let you know if later I have any jitters, or heart racing, or stuff that is not normal. But I wanted to share it so as you can see what may be good for you.

Latest News & Oxygen




Hey Bloggers .. I hope that you all are enjoying the drink recipes. I have been doing great with my workouts. I am seeing changes in my body. I am feeling stronger as well.

Also, great news. My best friend who was recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes is seeing a great improvement in her blood sugar levels. She has completely changed her diet, is starting to exercise, and just totally taken control of her health. She hasn't stopped smoking yet, but I'm hoping that the natural effect of working out will make her ease off and quit eventually. Baby steps right.

In addition to being a total Oxygen fan , here's the August Issue. I am actually loving how they send them out so early. It gives you a chance to plan and incorporate their workout and meal plans in advance. I mean, this is the August issue and we aren't even halfway through June. I am also in love with their sister publication called "Clean Eating". My best friend lives with me, and she now reads these magazines as a way of helping her with her Diabetes, and her high cholesterol . I encourage you to pick up the latest copies of both of these magazines. I suggest subscribing since it's WAAYYYY cheaper.

I just wanted to touch base and let you all know that I am still out of work, but my depression disappears with each workout as I work toward another goal.

New recipe For all

Hey Bloggers. I didn't do much of anything today. I went for a mile walk with my friend for the first time. I have been trying to get her to stop smoking, and to exercise for a while. But a recent diagnosis of Diabetes has given her a reason to do so. So I took her to the track with me and we walked a mile. I'm trying to encourage the healthy eating as well. She is quite unnerved by all this, so I'm trying to be a bit of stern and helping support.

I know I get off track with posting. But I'm battling a little depression cause I'm out of a job. Know, I'm not clinically depressed, diagnosed by a doctor kinda of depressed. Ya know, I just got a bit of the blues because of it. So in turn, I've just been working out more. No need to get fat from just being at home. Gotta do something.
