Today So Far

Hey Workout Bloggers.

So far today.

Well..I accomplished doing my Turbo Jam Cardio Party which is 48 minutes long.

Exercise bike stats
Time ~ 60:20
Distance ~ 22.51
Calories ~ 788

I just did some jump rope. I made it 1:45 into "The Zephyr Song". So I'm slowly but surely making progress. I also made it 1 minute into "Operation Spirit." Plus I did plenty more songs.

Okay..I just did 100 crunches..Okay, 4 sets of 25 with about a minute rest period in between. And I also did 50 Oblique curnches on each side.

Latest Oxygen


Hey Bloggers.

I hope your workouts are going well. I am still jump roping. I can make it half way through "The Zephyr Song" without stopping. Well..1 minute 38 seconds in. My goal is three minutes. My right leg is bothering me a little. But not letting that stop me. But another song I find great for Jump rope is "Operation Spirit ( The Tyranny Of Tradition)" By Live

As you all know I am an OXYGEN Magazine lover. And I wanted you all to be on the lookout for the September Issue.

Also... I have been making an effort to have more "Green Drink is in my juicing habits. Today using my juicer, I blended 1 lemon,
1 half stalk of Romaine Lettuce,
I Green Pear
2 Green Apples
2 Kiwis
2 Celery Stalks
2 Cups of Green Grapes
1 teaspoon of Flax Seed Oil
1 teaspoon of honey.

Delicious and nutritious. I hope you are sticking to your habits, and making great strides. I'm off to get on the bike, and do Turbo Jam Cardio Party 1, and Ab Jam.

Don't forget to eat Clean.

Hey All

Not much to report today.

I jumped roped for about half and hour.

NO NOT CONTINUOUSLY!... I wish. I didn't even make it all the way through "The Zephyr Song" . I only made it through about 1minute and 35 seconds. So A lot of work.

Back of my right leg behind my knee. So I didn't want to push it.
