Getting My Mojo Back!

Okay fellow bloggers....

Today was a day I needed. I think I know what has been up with my lack of a morning work out. I think my sureness of my lunchtime Curves workout provides me with an excuse as to why I won't get up and make it happen every morning like I used to..How do I know this?..simple...I have an early breakfast meeting for work..and I know that I won't be able to do my Curves workout later at the regular time... So guess what..I got UP this morning and did my Turbo Jam Cardio Party 2 dvd.

But I am feeling good..the adrenalin is going..and I plus I got my Curves report card yesterday..and it was good. I lost in all areas except my thighs...which are tightening up...Not big numbers..and inch here..a half an inch there...but progress none the less.. Certainly better than my first report card...

I'm sorry if I have been neglecting my online encouragement to many of you. I will get back on it, cause you all have been here for me.

So...I will be back on after work.

I'm Back~Starting Over Again




Hey All.. I'm back. I had a great birthday...a great vacation as well.

I also got that promotion...I found out on Thursday when I arrived to see my family in Ohio..well...it's not my blood family..but it's my family in every other way.... So we celebrated my birthday and my promotion...we also went to the Ohio State Football game. I've never been to a football game of ANY kind..and I can't stand it when it's on T.V....but I really enjoyed it... It was so much fun being there.

Here are a few pics. It was a blast...but now it's time to go back to work , and get back to my healthy eating..Yes...I ate ALL the wrong things...drank soda...lots of juice, ate cake..heavy past with dreaeded veal from the BEST Italian restaurant in Columbus..but hey..I was on vacation.. And I was with people whp I love and cherish, and well..life's to short to eat salad and tofu.

But now..it's time to buckle down and get back too it...I surely hope all of you have been having ..as Borat would say .."GREAT SUCCESS!" with your work outs and eating habits.

Hey Everyone

Well..as you can see..I've been playing with my page a lot. I thought I would add some things so people could get to know me. I like so many things, and well..you never know what you may have in common with other people until you put it out there.

So..if you scroll down my page and look to your right..you'll see things like lists of movies I love, and you may want to check out..As well as books, art and music. Basically..I listen to a lot of hard rock, alternative, and heavy metal music..it's what I prefer..but I love ALL kinds of music..so You may see all types of music. I tend to love more gothic, macabre and basically down right creepy art... I just do..but who knows..you'll see all kinds of art that may speak to you.

I am BIG on Netflix..and all the movies have links to their descriptions. If you have Netflix.. friend me so we can exchange movie suggestions. My email addy is ladewi@comcast.net . The movies aren't in any particular order...but the top 10 are some of my favs that I wish more people have seen.

So.. tomorrow October 9th is my birthday.... And after my morning workout I may not be on depending on what's going on. Plus Thursday I'm leaving town to visit some friends for the weekend...Little Road trip to Ohio to hang with the girls is just what I need . Just Wanted To Type Something

well..I'm normally at work around this time. But I am taking my vacation week this week. I had an interview for a promotion..actually , it was my follow- up second interview to the first one. I am feeling really confidant about my chances. I got up this morning..and I did Turbo Jam cardio Party. I wanted a fun, but intense work out to get my endorphins up for the interview..and I walked out of the house feeling GOOD! I think it showed in my interview.

Tomorrows my birthday..I'll be 36. Amazing. It's hard for me to fathom that I'm getting closer to 40. But I feel so good..I don't feel "OLD"... I feel like there is so much for me to do, and accomplish. And Hopefully..getting this promotion will be the start of it all..

Ohh Well..I have a doc's appt with my dermatologist at 2 pm..So I'm gonna play on the pc a little while.

Making It Happen...I Feel GREAT TODAY!

Hey fitness supporters.

Well today..I got up..took my fat burner..and I did Turbo Jam Cardio Party 2. It's a 45 minute workout that is my absolutely fav that I haven't done in a while. So it really put me into the spirit of getting my workouts back on track.

I did some house work , and updated the look of my blog.. Tell me..how do you like? I put my favorite Fitness Model Maggie Diubaldo on my header, cause her body is my lofty inspiration to get up and make it happen...Then later as according to the dosage for SlimQuick Extreme , I took the fat burner again exactly six hours later. I then did Slim in 6's start It Up..and even though it's only twenty minutes..it is a great cardio burning workout.

Yes I am remembering to eat between all of this exertion...I'm just eating the right things, and the right portions. My endorphins are high today..I feel great because my workouts, and the intensity..but I love that the fat burner doesn't have me spastically bouncing off the walls. All in all..I say that this was a great way to start this week.

OPTIMISM... that is my word.. I know that I will have setbacks, and disappointments .. but OPTIMISM is what I need to get me through it all.

Okay...Starting Over.

As you all know...I' fell off my whole thing cause I was sick. I did a few of my Curves workout, but that's it.

So...being that it is Sunday...it's my vacation week..and my birthday week..I am starting from scratch. I am also starting over with my SlimQuick Extreme Fat burner. I had only took them for two days, and then I caught my husbands bug..and well..I am not much for taking things like pills, and supplements. I mean ..really..why take them if I wasn't even going to be exercising or eating correctly?We all know that fat burners , when used improperly..and sometimes properly, can be dangerous.

But it's early Sunday morning. I am up..I took my fat burner. I'm waiting for it to digest, so I can feel it's effect when I exercise. But I am going into this week with a certain amount of optimism. Even my hubby has upped his efforts...he was so happy that I bought a new blender for smoothie making..since our other one started to leak.

I hope and trust that all of you are in keeping with your fitness and health goals.

Fitness Tip Of The Day~Consider convenience when shopping. Buy pre-cut packages of fruit (such as melon or pineapple chunks) for a healthy snack in seconds. Choose packaged fruits that do not have added sugars.

Hey Everyone

I've been out of commission for a few days. I've been sick. Caught a bug from my husband while I was taking care of him. I didn't workout for a few days..I fell off my healthy eating habits while sick. I drank more juice, which has a lot of sugar..and I ate more canned soup , which is a processed food, high in sodium. But that's okay cause I feel so much better. I worked out yesterday at Curves..and though I was a little winded and tired..I felt GREAT afterwards, both physically and emotionally.

So..I think I'm back into the swing of things..and I hope all is going well for you as well.
