Hey All



Hi everyone...

Well.. I had a hard week..as I started school and struggled with my new scheduled to get my workouts in. But 'm getting it done. I have seriously picked upmy weights and started to work onmy upper body. My weightlifting MUST increase if I want to burn off this fat on my body.

My eating habits are good..Except that day I craved a hot dog..So I went and had a couple, and now I'm over it..for now. I figure stop torturing myself, have what you want, don't feel guilty. Just don't make it a habit.

Also make sure you pick up the latest issue of "Health" Magazine" ..They have a lot of great medical info as well.

well..I'm off to get some fiber so I can have something to burn while I do my cardio... I wish all of you a great workout and let's do this.

JANUARY 2 2009-New Year-Continued Efforts.





Hey fellow bloggers.

Well...2008 is GONE GONE GONE.... And I have been on the wagon, fallin off...gotten right back up..Rode the wagon hard..fallin off hard, only to drag myself back to it.



With a 2009 here...I'll be honest..I don't make resolutions. They are hard to keep. So instead, I am posting some pictures of my progress..and the renewal of my efforts.

Here is what I look like on this day.

Okay... So not too bad. Not quite like my girl Maggie..by far. But less pooch in the middle.. although more tightening is needed. As little as it is..I am most proud of that ever so small, miniscule , almost microscopic bit of definition in my ab area...You can actually see where the 6 pack would be if I up my burn.

There's still a slight bit of "Muffin Top" going on in the sides.. But I look a little more like a "Lower In Fat" Muffin then before.

That line where my back is.. not to bad anymore. I hated having a slight hang of "Back Fat" rolling ...and it's now GONE

Yes...I find this amazing... I was most disturbed when I saw it. Now that it's tapering off..I feel more confident.

So my efforts of the past are paying off. The point is to keep working at it. It's not a contest to the finish line. It is a way of living , thinking , and being. My health and body must be a top priority. Not just for a new year. But for all my life.

Of course vanity plays a part. Of course I want to wear a hot swimsuit, and actually LOOK GOOD in it.Of course I want to turn heads when I walk in a room. Who doesn't ? But my health means so much to me. I don't want to deal with the strokes , diabetes, heart disease and kidney disease that plagues my family. I want to determine my health..not just just deal with it.

So the effort goes on in the new year. It's not a resolution ..as this was something I was already doing. I just like to be a part of the tradition that the Date brings about.

I hope to continue to be inspired and to stay inspired by all my friends and fellow workout buddys.
