Checking In-Today's Attempts.

Well... What I'm going to try to do is put down the areas I intended to target today ,and for how long. I think it will give me a good sense of where I'm exceeding and where I'm falling short. So I'll give you the run down.

Glutes-5 Moves @ 3 sets of 15 reps each
Triceps - 4 Moves @ 3 sets of 12 Reps Each with 5 pounds
Biceps 4 Moves @ 3 sets 15 reps each with 8 pounds
Abs -4 moves @ 3 sets of 15 reps

48 minutes of Cardio - Turbo Jam Cardio Party 2
