I did the 48 minute Turbo Jam Cardio Party 2 , and after that I did the Turbo Jam 20 minute Workout. WHOO HOO ME!... That's an hour of straight cardio. I've been working up to that point. Now I have to find a video I like that is an hour STRAIGHT THROUGH. With this one I have to switch DVD's and that small lull is enough to slow my heart rate , and not give me the high amount of burn I want. But that's okay.. I'm working on it.
Another thing. The soreness from yesterday was helped by exercising today. I can so feel my body in full burn mode. I'm off to eat a lunch, watch Jeopardy, let it digest, then I'm gonna do my strength training. At about 1:30. I'll let you know how it goes.
