Okay...I'm starting with my cardio today..as I got side tracked yesterday. But I can tell you..My body is feeling the workout it did yesterday. So that makes me feel good. I like the pain somewhat. A lot of times , I'm always questioning whether I am doing an exercise correctly, but when you feel the soreness in the muscles and not in the joints. YOU KNOW you worked it.
