Well.... I am losing weight. I recently bought a size 8 pant...after wearing 10's & 12's for about 10 years now. My goal is to make the 8's to big now. I have a spring jacket that even with a t-shirt was uncomfortable



I can see the little bit of definition coming into my midsection..but I have to really refine my diet and diet down , because I am having an issue with burning off the layer of fat that is there. It's still lumpy and bumpy even though I'm getting slimmer...And that is bothering me. But I'm gonna make it happen.
I'm getting stronger...because now I can do..1...yes 1 chinup.. The weight lifting is helping...and I'm sure that it helps that there is less of me to lift
is to be able to do 10 by the end of April.



I joined BODYBUILDING.COM..Today, I'm going to buy a tape measure and a scale...and I'm going to really start to monitor and journal what I eat. Here's a great site for that.. NUTRIMIRROR
