I'm Back~Starting Over Again

Hey All.. I'm back. I had a great birthday...a great vacation as well.

I also got that promotion...I found out on Thursday when I arrived to see my family in Ohio..well...it's not my blood family..but it's my family in every other way.... So we celebrated my birthday and my promotion...we also went to the Ohio State Football game. I've never been to a football game of ANY kind..and I can't stand it when it's on T.V....but I really enjoyed it... It was so much fun being there.

It was a blast...but now it's time to go back to work , and get back to my healthy eating..Yes...I ate ALL the wrong things...drank soda...lots of juice, ate cake..heavy past with dreaeded veal from the BEST Italian restaurant in Columbus..but hey..I was on vacation.. And I was with people whp I love and cherish, and well..life's to short to eat salad and tofu.

But now..it's time to buckle down and get back too it...I surely hope all of you have been having ..as Borat would say .."GREAT SUCCESS!" with your work outs and eating habits.
